New York civil and human rights attorney Kevin Barry, with the Mermigis Law Group, has been leading litigation to restore the vaccine religious exemption for students in K-12 in NY and CT since 2019.  For more than 20 years, he has helped 1000’s of people with religious exemptions and has advocated for vaccine safety and vaccine rights. Mr. Barry has lobbied internationally (through a United Nations NGO), nationally (with Presidential candidates of both parties), and at the state level in both red and blue states. He is a co-founder of start up advocacy organization LibertyNow.world, and will be launching a podcast in the near future.
